1. Go to you firefox proxy settings(go to tools, then options>advanced>networks then settings and tick "manual proxy configuration")
2. On HTTP proxy enter : 5.10.71.134 and for port:80 or u can alternatively enter jetproxy.com on http proxy and port dont change it.
3. Click ok to save... and Go to your browser and just enter 10.0.0.242 and press ENTER and wait..
4. jetproxy website will open and now u are read to browse... just enter any website you wish to search and press ENTER
5. for downloading use IDM and set HTTP proxy to  5.10.71.134 and port: 80
6. HAPPY AND ENJOY!!
