#cheat Internet Cafes to surf/browse with Unlimited Time 

Steps:
1. Create a new text document.
2. Then type CMD in it.
3. And then save it as Hack.bat NOTE: (Make sure the file does not end wit .txt, but with .bat)
4. Go to the location were you saved the .bat file and run it. If you've done this correctly, the Command Prompt (Program with Black screen and white text) should open.
5. Now that Command Prompt is open, in it type the following: cd\windows (This will change the directory to Windows) 
6. Then type in: regedit (This will get you to the registry editor guide)
7. Now navigate to: HKEY_CURRENT_USER>App events>software>classes> microsoft>windows>current version>internet settings>policies>system
8. Then on the right panel where it says Disable Task manager, right click on it, and scroll down to modify, and then change the value of it to "0".
9. And then open Windows Task Manager
For XP: (CTRL+ALT+DELETE) 
Win 7 : (CTRL+SHIFT+ESCAPE)
10. Now disable the Internet Cafe's timer.

Navigate to:
1.Computer>local disk C>Windows> then search for file named System.ini
2.double click to open it
3.on that file there will be a line with [386Enh]. After that line insert [irq14=4096]
3. close and save that file(NB if it doesnt save, create a new notepad file and save it as System.ini[note: to choose save as type to All file(*)] then copy information on System.ini file located at (local disk C>Windows> then search for file named System.ini) to your created file. Then copy and replace that file at local disk C>Windows> then search for file named System.ini with yours)
4. Reboot your Computer...
